Sib and Dang are two friends who have always been excited about traditional Thai cuisine. One day in 2005, the two decided to follow their passion and opened Blossom Thai – an authentic Thai restaurant with a modern twist, located in the heart of South Yarra.

Prior to opening Blossom Thai, Sib had always had an interest in the food industry. For over 7 years he worked in a range of different restaurants and was absolutely thrilled about being able to create something of his own.

Sib and Dang together created the authentic menu available at Blossom Thai. They came up with their own recipes and altered the menu according to the best seasonal produce available.
Blossom Thai pride themselves on always providing the best customer service for their customers, and they always go the extra mile just to put a smile on their customers' faces. Sib loves his job so much that he is thinking of opening another Thai restaurant sometime next year.
